Continued growth has opened a position for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Dearborn. This team member will focus on hosted PBX (cloud-based business phone system) among other hosted (cloud) products.

Compensation – ASG offers an extremely aggressive base + commission package and sales goal bonuses.
Responsibilities / Expectations:
- Generating new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking and referrals
- Add / update leads to company CRM
- Developing proposals and quoting
- Follow up and closing
- Meet /exceed monthly sales goals
- Self-motivated sales person with experience in commission based pay structure
- Excellent interpersonal, telephone, presentation, oral and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and time management
- Ability to influence decision makers at all levels of an organization, from CEO to a front office professional
- Skilled negotiator
- Passion for selling
- Must have reliable transportation
**IT services sales experience is a plus but not a requirement**
